How can I make a waterbed heater in the coating, or between the mattress and liner?
Also, where do I put the probe temperature? It is very sharp and metal, and I worry that puncture the waterbed! Please help, fast!
(Note: Spelling was taking too long, so in the interest of getting this information to you, ignore any errors), I have several beds of water and have become more adept to it. Here are some tips for successful establishment. After attaching the cover in place, it was the heater in the center of the wires that run through one of the holes in the corner. The heater only raise the temperature of 1 degree per hour, so it would take several days to raise the temperature to a comfortable level unless you use hot water. You will see the mattress filled with water, but also the air inside the water lines. You can convert water and air purge system occasionally. Fill to the desired depth and firmness (I like mine fairly complete and firmer). Remove the hose and the top of the mattress. Purge air (And again in a few days until the air is released into the water). Connect the heater and adjust the temperature Dile. Make the bed, ready for a night's sleep.
