I just purchased a Sealy mattress Postrepedic and wondered if it was normal to have back pain?

I bought a mattress from Sealy Posturepedic Ultraplush a warehouse a few weeks ago. It’s a very nice and very soft mattress but my back hurts when I wake up. My pillows are slightly firmer, so sometimes I fall asleep no pillows and that helps a little bit.
