Help Mattress – Memory foam mattress or Normal?

I've been reading all these comments about the memory foam mattress, as Novaform Costco, which are mixed reviews. Furthermore, we saw some beauty rest mattresses Sealy Simmins and also, we like to have 800 Simmons pillow top. Mattress Warranty – covered by the store or manufacturer?

My husband and I just bought a new mattress set, which comes tomorrow and I have the warranty information. however, and I have a question that I wondered if anyone knew … We purchased an Englander mattress with a warranty 15 years, it is covered by the manufacturer (wherever we move we are covered) or by the retailer (which is only in this area)? I'll call them tomorrow but I am curious now. Thanks!
