January is the mattress shopping season. Even in December, furniture stores and specialty stores mattresses begin to announce their latest sales. So when what you really need a new mattress?

Many people use their aches and pains in the morning to help them make that decision. We all know literal pain in the neck that can develop when "the dream of fun." A bad mattress can have the same (but more subtle) effect on his back.
