What can I do for my new mattress will not sag?

I bought a brand new queen-size Serta mattress, with spring box and frame and all at a decent price ~ 650. its about 6 months and appears to sink from the center. When I try to make you feel like climbing a hill. I agree I wanted a firm mattress, but the exact mattress was very comfortable in the store, due to its fill and smoothness. I was thinking about getting a single memory orthopedic mattress Simmons Sleep (http://direct.tesco.com/product/default.aspx?r=100-5916) Does anyone or anything about this mattress? Is it a good etc? What do to help dog allergies?

I'm moving into a house with a dog, and I have allergies. However, there are terrible and I take the medicine. I've been searching for ways to help my allergies. Until now I change the carpet floors to a hard surface, get a HEPA vacuum, get pillowcases and mattress allergen, replace the filters of air conditioners, no additional items in the dressing room (including animals bear), get an air purifier ionic breeze. As I give the dog a bath once a week, so clean with a damp cloth daily, keep out his bedroom, having proper ventilation. I'm open to a variety of suggestions, however, can not replace the dog. Plus it's a very sweet lab. I'm open the use of natural resources like tea and pepper to specific cleaning techniques. SO PLEASE SHARE YOUR ENTRY AND ME DIRECT REFERENCE WEBSITES!
